The 
.B genprov
utility generates the skeleton code for one or more providers. It
generates two files (<CLASSNAME>_Provider.h and <CLASSNAME>_Provider.cpp)
for each CLASSNAME argument. If these files already exist, then 
.B genprov
patches them, by updating the intrinsic and extrinsic method prototypes.
