* pwlib.spec, openh323.spec: Fixed pwlib.spec to
cp lib/*.so* rather than lib/*so* since this was
picking up a solaris specific subdirectory that
doesn't exist on linux. Added openh323 patch 05
to make it build on Solaris.
* patches/pwlib-03-include.diff: Cleaned patch
to make better use of "#ifdef __SUNPRO_CC"
* patches/pwlib-04-source.diff: fixed problem caused
by _POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS not getting defined in
osutil.cxx.
* openh323-05-fix-encoder-h261.diff: New patch to
fix compile problem on Solaris.

Add needed libgphoto2 patch for Solaris, and tweek
libgphoto2.spec file to work with Solaris (avoid
building the sierra driver since it doesn't build on
Solaris). Also updated the openh323.spec ChangeLog
to reflect my last change.
