* base-specs/gphoto2.spec, base-specs/libgphoto2.spec: Bump to 2.4.7.
* patches/libgphoto2-01-gettext.diff, patches/gphoto2-01-gettext.diff:
Remove patches no longer needed. Renumber the rest.
* patches/gphoto2-01-man.diff: Rework.
